Same type DICE posted but teaser showed it used different cooler and seemed very polished than DICE showed, same thing happened with DICE showed off 290X leaked pic then 2 days later AMD showed off different cooler.

Looks lovely - possibly higher quality than the NVIDIA reference cooler, though I'll need to see complete high resolution pictures/video of the whole card to be sure
Very nice to see AMD upgrading the awful plastic black blower design!
Look forward to this. Its a shame this thread is a complete fanboy fest. What the NVidia lovers need to remember is that without competition NVidia pricing will increase......
I'd be rooting for AMD to pull something out of the bag if I was in love with NVidia to save my wallet in the future.

They still weren't forthcoming with that info until it was discovered after the fact, despite their "ooh our marketing team didn't know" rhetoric that stank of the highest grade BS imaginable.

Seems the rad is at the back of the card, all seems a bit weird at the minute. Sooner we get pics of it actually installed so we can figure out wtf is going on the better.
