So no fan apart from the the one on the rad? Hmm. It is tiny too! But dual 8 pins

Maybe it needs the 2x 8 pins and the watercooler to tame the huge power draw and heat, much like the 290x.

My only hate when it comes to AIO cooler GPU's is that when you go SLI/Xfire, it looks so messy and you have to fine room for 2 120mm radiators. If they could offer a "Xfire upgrade pack" with both cards connected to one 240mm radiator that would be so much better.

Looks to me as if they've flipped the card horizontally, what would normally be the front face of the card is now the back of it.

What if the rad actually attaches to the end of the card and extends it to a normal 12-13" card. Or even a rad contained in the black bit on the back of the card perhaps...just ideas...

lol its not
its just saying the connects are at the end
you cant have a rad hanging off the end of the card that would be nuts >.<

I suppose seeing as the card is shorter it would make sense to have the tubing at the back of the card instead of the top to maximise the length. To me it looks like they've flipped the card orientation though, looks very odd if that's the "face" of the card where the fan would usually be.

yeh, we still havent seen the other side of the card so im guessing theres no backplate :)
need more pics!
i like the look, just hope theyve thought of small itx builds

At least it bodes well that the 390X is something a bit special. AMD would look pretty silly if it fell flat on its face after so much hype.

Would be strange after all this time for them to just turn up with a "normal" card.

I have no problem with the rad being at the back.

that shows the side a bit better, still looks ugly

i expect it has a fan on the top side, a bit like the Kraken, so the GPU is flipped over, the backplate is facing the ground, so this will be hard to cool if the other version is Air, because it's twin fans will be facing upwards and drawing air down from the mobo.....unless the other 390 is orientated normally

I like it. I hate this massive cards that hang off the end of the motherboard. I'm looking to build a Lan PC in a month or two for i55 so this'll be nice for a MiTX build :D

lol so you think there's a big hole in the pcb for a fan? there's nothing on the other side of the card besides the back of the pcb d00d
and there's no magical gnome in the radiator either!

Are you all on crack? The PCB side is what is showing. It has that weird breadboard looking thing over it. The fan is on the hidden side.

Note the PCI bracket position.

I was just about to say you're all nuts :p thats the backside of the GPU.
