ideas on a cheap build

i recently sold my pc (biggest mistake ever) to fund buying a new car, now i want something cheap and cheerful that will run my games at med-high graphics, i have a monitor/psu/8gb ram

i need - case/mobo/hdd or ssd/pcu/gpu/gpu cooler

i also have a a10-5800k and a 6670 (i think its 6670) but they are probably a bit to slow now

games i want to be able to run - arma 2/3, h1z1, csgo, maybe gta 5 if possible but its probably too demanding for my budget

BUDGET - 300-400GBP

edit: the pc i sold was an i5-4690k/r9 290

You certainly want an Intel CPU for Arma 2 + 3, perhaps an i3 or similar

Would you be willing to go for used parts?
What PSU do you have?

Leaves no upgrade path and very poor performance, a better starting setup can be had for a similar price.
