Ordered a hdd from a competitor . They took the cash (paypal) but are now saying they cant fulfill the order .

There not offering anything else other than a refund . Worth pushing for another drive for same amount or just take the refund ?

There not offering anything else other than a refund

What else are you expecting them to offer? Take the refund and buy from elsewhere.

Or, let me guess, this is a miss price and you are butthurt because they noticed and didn't dispatch it...:p

You could try for Emotional Distress which left you impotent which caused your wife to leave you and you became homeless and lived like a tramp for 15yrs until you were falsely arrested on trumped up Terrorist Charges and then get released and die of a heart attack at the party of the premiere of the film about your life, Tom Hanks who plays you in the film tries desperately to save your life but tragically fails. Or you could take a refund.

They can't fulfil the order and have offered a refund - that seems perfectly fair even if a little irritating for you. I don't believe they'd be under any obligation to supply another drive instead.
