I have won the daily events so far.
Wed - 1:53.....something
Thus - 1:48.774
Fri - 1:47.021

However I asked them if i can win 3 daily prizes, but unfortunately i can only win 1. So Omar came second on Thus so he gets something and today a guy called Lui came third (behind me and omar) and will be today's daily winner.

I never played pcars with a 360 controller until Wednesday (although have been a team member testing it for the last 3 years), so there was a learning curve.

I am 99% sure my record will be broken as most people today were hitting 1.48 and not even getting on the leaderboard. 2 days to go.....

Bought the cloud II headset on wed - great piece of kit. Even my 3 year old is having trouble breaking it!

p.s My clean lap record was 2.05 on the first day so 2.04 is amazing - well done bud.

Thanks, not going to lie, couldn't bring my self to cut the corners in the end. and the head sets were pretty good. i want to compare them to my kraken headset, however it doesn't work on my pc :mad::mad:

Did a four hour session this morning and when i left i was still top with 1:46:021. I did a 1:45.853 at home before i left for Soho and will upload to youtube for your entertainment. Its so funny how ghetto the driving line is. I drive on so much grass! If anyone is there tonight and knows who is leading, do let us know.

Do you have win 7? Worked fine on win 7 laptop, win 7 gaming rig and Note 3. It worked fine for me using both DAC and 3.5m jack.

win 8.1 -_- my 7 key is around somewhere. the audio works but i cannot get the mic to work no matter how hard i try. even stripped my computer of all the drivers and reinstalled them..

I had a similar issue, mic did not seem to be picking up my voice. It was because the boom was facing away from my mouth i think. There is a mic icon on the boom, make sure it faces your mouth. You can also test the mic input by right clicking sound icon and going to recording devices. Steam settings also has a mic test thingy.... what about with the DAC?

i could hear but the mic its self, was set up everything correctly, but i wouldn't work at all.
 
well, I was there for most of saturday and all of today, nice to see you guys popping down and generally being awesome. Huge thanks to HyperX, Intel and OcUK for having me too! :D
 
Yeah I popped down this morning for an hour or so and set a new record of 1.45.209. Unfortunately someone beat that insane time by a few milliseconds.

just seen that freddie, do like how they mention **** but dont mention themselves gaining any share (maybe cause ****** are pretty awful with CS when ive had the displeasure)

kinda annoyed i didnt spot this thread earlier though, soho is only a 10 min walk from work so wouldve been a great way to kill a lunch hour :(
