Looks like this could be a good one to watch. Stars David Duchovnoy and British actor Gethin Anthoy who plays Charles Manson. Plot of Aquarius is an undercover cop tries to infiltrate the Manson Family before they go on their slice n dice spree

First double lenght episode started a bit slow but really picked up pace.

Don't listen to him, they haven't made any decisions on whether to renew it or not.

As for the episodes being released online, it's 13 episodes not 6 and the plan was to release them online netflix style right from the beginning. It has no bearing on the shows fate, cancellation rumours have been flying around ever since it was revealed that all the episodes would go online at once, long before the show even started.

Watched this but found the first epsiode slow a bit so gave up, it could be one of those shows that gets much more interesting later on though !
 
Watched the first episode on Sunday night and finished it tonight.

I think I like it,,,, a LOT.

Oh and renewed for season 2 :)

NBC Entertainment president Jennifer Salke had this to say about the show: "It's no secret that the way people watch television is evolving, so we took a unique approach to how we delivered 'Aquarius,' and it's driven some record numbers for NBC Digital and helped us reach viewers who might have otherwise overlooked a great summer drama."

NBC hopes that its experiment with "Aquarius" will pay off as Season 1 progresses and when Season 2 comes around.
