Yeah and that's why everyone is saying they trust you but it's just dumb to trust people automatically. No offense but first time I saw your comments I felt like you was giving off a big NV fanboy vibe so it's still a bit difficult to give people full on trust if you know they have a clear preference. It's bound to lessen objectivity a little but you seem like the kind who isn't going to let it get out of hand or blur the facts. Seen plenty vouch for you but maybe just lower the rhetoric against AMD at times :p

Either way we're letting this get off topic I think :? Prob best to start talking about AMD having nothing to say again.

It's cool and I would always expect anyone to watch/read a review with an open mind. When I fisrts did a review for the original Titan, I refused to recommend it because of the price. I moaned about NVidia's poor 3 way support, so I do give honest reviews as best an amateur can. And to keep it on topic, hopefully I will be doing a review and comparison with the yet unknown AMD card :D

If you seriously don't think somebody would buy a product to further there point of view my point stands you know nothing. It's just about the silliest thing I have heard today.

You are being stupid, even big websites present bias as they can be bought out. You only have to read the news to realise nearly everything is corrupt at every level (youtubers were being sponsored for reviews and keeping it secret initially, Fifa has no competition yet is ran by corrupt idiots, bankers may as well be fraudsters, politicians half the time are paid shills who will make decisions based on bribes / interests, we have evidence of police ignoring rapes across the country from muslims and other minorities against young girls, turkey and other gulf states funding isis etc.). There's a lot less honest people out there than you think but sure, no one would ever present misleading information on the internets lol

Not that I distrust him and if he's showing the numbers and settings fairly then it's fine but it's not beyond imagination or even beyond commonplace action.

Knowing Greg pretty well, and being somebody who has a family to support I can pretty much safely say that he's probably got better things to spend money on than making AMD look daft on forums.

Websites with bias, sure, I never said anything to the contrary but a user on this forum who gives good info to the community? Grow up.

And I'm being stupid? You lot are unbelievably funny.

How do I win a card like that? Do I have to start sucking up to Nvidia? :D

No, you enter a competition that was for a GTX 970 on Twitter (he had 10 to give away) and nothing to do with NVidia at all. SgtDangerCow is his name but you can try sucking up to NVidia if you want to try it :p

Anyways, what will be will be if the price is good and people who support and follow my channel know what is what, so I don't need to prove anything to anyone :)

AMD have played a masterful poker game in the last, what, 8 to 9 months?

* Hype built on the R9 390, people thought it would be revealed at GTC, so nVidia launched the Titan X to spoil it..... (crickets)

* AMD said bugger all but kept hyping the tech behind it, the pressure cooker is now hissing like a cut snake and no firm reveal date, but it *might* be computex or it's more likely to be the 18th or could be the 24th of June.

* nVidia have at this stage raped their high end customers on Titan but lacking a firm date for Fiji have enough info to suggest that Fiji will kick ass & have pulled future release and played their hand early with a cut down Titan that demonstrates that Titan was a BS offering in the first place, they are def worried.

The upshot of this is that whomever is at the helm at AMD is not going to be played like the last batch, and that they have, with an unreleased GPU spec, caused nVidia to get that bent that they released not one but 2 cards to attempt to counter it. The problem is that now nVidia is out of cards until the die shrink & new memory spec and AMD know what their performance is and what the price point is.

Good times if AMD can cause a tidalwave at a profitable price point.

:D:D:D

I do think Greg is and will be fair "overall", I don't think he will go out of his way to make amd look bad, however, there is no denying that he has a strong preference towards nvidia (which is ok as most people lean to one side more than the other) and some of the comments he makes abut nvidia/amd (on here and in some of his videos) show this imo.

No it's just common sense and you are lacking it in this. You have went on about money in the past and how some people can just buy what they want as they have enough. For some buying a card is nothing and to further there cause it would still mean nothing.

All i was saying to Greg is to be as fair as he can be as he openly admits to favouring Nvidia. You have been around these forums long enough to see where this might go. Lets leave it there as i already said i think he will be fair due to his 290x review which was fair enough.

Wow nice conspiracy theory. I suppose you believe America orchestrated 9/11 and Neil Armstrong never went to the moon too?

p.s. calling something common sense doesn't mean that it actually is

Is this a joke/sarcasm?

Either the 380 has some kind of heatspreader or that cooler is going to be poor as only the middle heatpipe will be making full contact with the core. I think it was EVGA who released a similar cooler for GTX970/980 and got slaughtered.

I don't think anybody is going to go to the effort to buy a card, bench it and spend time putting the results together just to then doctor them to make their favoured GPU brand look better.

Get real. If people genuinely believe that will happen that says far more about them than it does the person actually doing the results.

Aren't you quick to forget... he bought a 290X just so he could have an excuse to smash it and talk **** about drivers.

What is so masterful about taking that long that people who were saving for a 390 are now saying they are getting a 980ti. Whichever way you try to spin it, it's lost sales.

This. Arty pictures of what may or may not be an AIO cooler are not gonna keep me from going green.
