The pvp part on the Bad Juju bounty is quick and easy.
The one for thorn is much harder if you suck because deaths can have a big effect on your score.
If you're going to play iron banner for the armour and etheric light then that'd be a good opportunity to rattle through your bounty.

That was always what I thought but during the last Iron Banner, with a team roster from here and nearly always a full fireteam it only took me 3 evenings play using Word of Crota, Felwinter's Lie in void or Swordbreaker and a void Jolders Hammer I did it in 3 evenings play.
Never thought I'd get through it but teaming up with the guys off here helped a lot and I wouldn't say I'm that great at PVP. I'd say give it a try during this IB if you can with a team off here, looks like the PS guys are pretty handy players from what I've read. A solid fireteam really helps.
Plus you can get that sweet sweet IB gear!

I did it a couple months back (probably just before the 1st expansion), with random blue fusion rifle and shotgun (no primary). I dont think it'd be too taxing with a primary also.
I've finally got the burn perk on mine so I can become one of the noobs in pvp
I completed the whole of the Thorn bounty in 4 hours. It really helped to have Atheon's Epilogue as my primary. I had a Void Shotgun/Fusion Rifle and Rocket Launcher/Machine Gun too.
Also the fact that the bounty was picked up on my Warlock helped! Took me about 20 Control games.
The last bit was the frustrating bit. Almost quit because the boss wouldn't spawn!
Going to hit Nightfall straight away after work tomorrow and then it's Iron Banner all week for me.

That one is fine in the crucible. Just get 10,000 points.. 25 for a Hunter / Titan and 75 for a Warlock. It will also get you prepared for when you get the Thorn bounty drop again as that one really punishes you if you have a bad game / death streak.
Ouch... I attempted to use that in one game of Iron banner the last time it was around. I played the second half of the game with Thorn / Suros attempting to recover the shattered remnants of my K/D..

Haha hell yes - I'd have loved to have seen their faces when we made that comeback. We both went on 15 kill streaks in less than 2 minutes when they were within 1 kill of victory.
And we 2 seconds from winning before they managed to steal a final kill.
Our team mate sucked but we were killing them so quickly that he didn't have a chance to get himself killed!
Yeah it wasn't that bad - I wasn't having my best day to be honest as I had that Uni deadline coming up. Now that's over with, I'm a lot more relaxed and nothing else to distract me.
Talking PVP it reminds me that I managed to have a (FWC) Fulcrum HC drop from a blue engram. Re-rolled to get Outlaw, Tripod and the perk that gives it very high stability. Looking forward to giving that a go in the Iron Banner.
Only downside is I still don't know what to spend my marks on. I am at mark cap so really want to buy something to avoid losing out on picking up anymore from various activities.

Vanguard Marks ? get yourself a blue sparrow and upgrade it to legendary with an upgrade from Xur with a cool colour trail. I've got a green one.
Crucible marks ? why not get yourself a full set of the faction armor from your faction of choice. I'm currently working towards a full set of FWC armor for my titan which I will use etheric light on to have a level 34 Future War Cult warrior
Now if only the shader would drop to go with it. He's only FWC rank 17

I'm not wasting 150 marks on a pointless sparrow when I have both the Timebreaker and Graverobber. Not if you could buy a sparrow weapon upgrade from Xur it would be a different matter!
I am only capped on crucible marks on my Warlock so I might look into the faction armour. I already have chest pieces from The Crucible and FWC. Hopefully neither have the stupid "Unicorn" Warlock helm.... (Not that I really care as I just want more etheric light to ascend Pigtails complete VoG / IB sets).

Don't have Full auto but I do have firefly and something else useful which I can't remember off the top of my head. Its nice but that is about it (I would struggle to prioritise it over my 365 FB or ascended VoC/Fang). Pigtails is rank 14 on DO (no shader yet

I will need to find an armour set I actually like from one of the vendors. The WL chest pieces I have are all basically identical which is a shame. I will have a gander tonight.

I found WoC rocked... after I removed explosive rounds and put on hammer forged! That really bought it up to spec for IB. I was, however, very pleased when I had it done so that my trusty MIDA could recover it's prized place. Ilove MIDA in IB!
