Who's ditching their Titan and going 980ti sli ?

My titan x is boosting to 1312 on its own and has 12gb vram. Will someone sell me a second titan x for cheap please? I don't even need it yet lol
 
I ordered two of the MSI ones in place of my Titan but then had a change of heart after actually putting some thought into it I just used the £1200 quid to get an Asus Rampage V Extreme X99 with 5820K and put it all under water with my Titan along with a new chair, I may even pick up a second Titan on eBay this week.

In hindsight it was stupid to contemplate downgrading to 980TI even with 2 because I've already gone past 6gb vram a few times on Mordor and GTA. X99 and Titans will outlast most other rigs to be fair and by putting them under water I'm 'less' inclined to 'upgrade'
 
Yeah I sold my Titan X and two 980 Tis are on the way.

Simply had tons of VRAM to spare and not enough GPU grunt with a single Titan X.

I've tried that' put it under water and i'm stuck' mentality... it won't last :p

You've gone past 6 GB VRAM with a single Titan X? What resolution? I only ever hit 5 GB in Shadow of Mordor, every other game was 3-4 GB. This was at 3440x1440 60 FPS.

That was on Mordor at 2560x1440 which is weird if you didn't hit that at 3440x1440. I'll check again when I'm home this afternoon and let you know. Only thing I can think of is no VSync or something. Will definitely have a look though.
