Quick one - moving SORN car

I need to get a bit of access to my drive, one of my cars is currently sorn would it be okay to quickly move it across (not touching the road at all) onto the path for about 3 minutes while i move other car and swap them over?

You could probably drive it to Scotland if you avoid Police cars and certain cameras.

The key is the "OR" part of SORN. If you're not going on the road as you say then its awwight.

To be pedantic, I believe the public footpath would be categorised as part of the "road".

Too risky atm, I've seen the drone hanging about and at least 18 police cars have been past since posting you guys are mean.

To be very pedantic the footpath is a footpath and a car shouldn't be on it unless it is crossing to access something, or there is a designated parking area.

You made the mistake of posting your intentions on the internet, they're onto you now and they have irrefutable evidence. Probably best that you just get a mod to delete your account and all your posts, grab a fake passport and set up a new life in South America.
