I'm sure Yevgeny from Moscow wouldn't stand out at all in one of those boats :p Putin can get his own spies in quite easily enough - just call them "Russian businessmen" and we'll roll out the red carpet for them. The Islamic State on the other hand...

The reality is that this is part tragic and part threat - when you hear about Eritrea conscripting *all* its men as soldiers - for the rest of their lives, then not paying them a wage you have to wonder how the world got itself into such a state? Most of the migration seems to be economic migration from sub-saharan Africa though. The Geneva convention doesn't allow refugees to pick and choose the country they claim asylum in - it must be the first safe port they arrive in. We must remember that.
 
Im just worried about the amount that will/are/would have died if the intelligence didn't see it.. 500k WAITING to cross over into Europe illegally.... We should save them before they start the deadly trek... Stop it at the point of sending them off seems the best way to save lives
That means we send them back to dry land, let them die in the middle of the ocean, or destroy Europe by letting them in.. Big choice
 
It's hard being crazy, I could never understand Britain's love of having less green spaces, more crowds, more traffic, more noise, higher house prices, higher crime rates and more pressure on the Holy NHS, just to house the worlds economic migrants and ISIS. If they are not economic migrants and just fleeing for their lives, why don't they stay in Turkey? Its safe and culturally similar.
