Eco mode on Superflower psu

Hi Guys
Long time member but I do not post very often, anyway back to the question. I am running a Superflower 1200 platinum psu with a 4790k and a gtx 780 until I decide which gpu to upgrade to, is it ok to run it in eco mode even when gaming or not.
 
As above, they will have done tests to ensure nothing happens when it is being used. It is there to be used, so use it. :)
 
If you haven't read my thread yet, I'd keep it on eco as much as possible. A common issue with these PSU is coilwhine from the fan and it gets really bad....

Bin running mine on Eco since I purchased it ( including when torture testing ) never missed a beat for a good 3 months at least now
