BSOD GPU drivers

Hi there I've been having a very annoying problem where when I install my gpu drivers my computer bluescreens every 5-10 minutes, I have reinstalled older versions, flashed the bios, reseated gpu etc and nothing has worked, is there anything else I can try?
My gpu is MSI R9 290 and I am using windows 7.

what PSU are you using? is this a new GPU you have brought or one you have been using fine till recently?

ASUS M5A78L motherboard
Corsair CX600 psu
8GB RAM

Corsair CX600, My graphics card worked fine with drivers until i updated CPU and motherboard recently

I reinstalled the amd chipset driver, but I am still getting the same problem.

Yes I did, I'm running out of ideas.
