There's a distinct lack of server grade storage in there as well. Only 1 SSD :(

Throw a 4TB server class SSD card in. Another £5k+ but, who cares :D

e.g: OCZ Z-Drive 4500 3.2TB

Read: 2900MB/s
Write: 2200MB/s

Price... about 6k.

Surely if it's a blank cheque build, you'll go all out.

At least get a dual haswell motherboard with a couple of high end xeons :D

if its a blank cheque build you would surely toss in one of those "emperor" work stations as well

Refering to these

Some of the reviews while clearly false were quite amusing none the less.. the roleplaying wifey is almost believable

How've you worked this one out then, and why are you putting spaces before exclamation marks?

I worked this out without ever considering how the placement of an exclamation mark would affect the context of the statement !

I also presumed that all folk, instead of most folk would live a life to rival George Best, given half the chance.

“I spent a lot of money on booze, birds, and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.”
- George Best.

I make no apologies for my grammatical accuracy !

The build in the OP is a bit underspecced for a lottery win build...

I haven't even got to adding Watercooling and it's already way over £60,000....

2 x Intel E5-2699 V3 2.3GHz 18 Core CPU - £3350 (each) (£7700)
Asus Z10PE-D16 WS - £500
16 x 64GB RAM (2133mhz) circa £3500 / stick (£56,000)
3 x Titan X - £900 each (£2700)

I don't really think I need to go much further than this...
When you put 2 power supplies, 3/4 watercooling loops, a case to fit it all in and some storage then you're pushing the £75,000 mark.

The components to this point would pull around 1750W under load, and that's with 0 overclocking...
