as subject is it excessive braking or manufacture defects?
leaving your foot on the brake after heavy braking leaves pad deposits on the disc and has the same feel of warped discs
If you do this it also stops the discs from cooling evenly then the disc can warp.
yeah most of the above is what i had been thinking of my self
just trying to figure out if its something i can avoid around 12k to a set of discs aint great!
but least its being covered under warranty

Also parking up with the handbrake on when the brakes have been warmed enthusiastically
how do you expect to stay stationary then?

while they aint up to race driver skill im not the worst 
But surely riding the clutch is just as bad?
