The compensation generation. It really does irate me and where I work I notice it a lot more from self entitled English folk.

If there is any justice in the world the council will put a counter claim in against the OP for spurious damage caused by driving over freshly laid surface despite knowing cordons were in place.

You wouldn't want to see that bill if they did! Certainly down here the rate for road work etc is astronomical if billed out.
