I am putting in my H100i and don't want to use the Corsair link software as I'd like to use the Asus thermal radar 2 software instead. Am I right in thinking that if I connect pump to the cpu fan connection and the radiator fans to the fan headers, I can use the Asus software to regulate them all?

without sounding dim, how do i accomplish this? the corsair link software won't allow me to change the rpm on the pump

I don't think H100i offer rpm control at all

The only thing you can do is to downvolt the pump unit, and the power is drawn from the SATA connector NOT the 3-pin fan connector (that is tach signal).

I don't think you can change the pump speed without doing some research into which cable provides power to the pump and then mod in a resistor or use a different voltage feed from the psu.
