Ipad mini prices. Is this site legit

For a start £319 is not including VAT.

If there is ever any doubt about a website being legit, just don't use it.

In the same way that if a used car is selling privately for 10k and at dealers for 11k, finding one for 8k clearly means something is wrong.
There is never a way a new product can be sold by a vendor massively undercutting all competition.

If you insist in using that website, be prepared for VAT or import duty to be added.
Even then who knows if the product is genuine Apple anyway.
