Foo Fighters Cancel European Tour

Sod it, had 4 tickets for the Foo's at Wembley Saturday, guess I'll have to wait for the revised dates now. Anyone else due to go?

Crap news, saw them in Manchester and they were great. They would have put on a great show at Wembley and Glasto.

Yes, I had tickets for this Saturday. Having seen them 4 times previously, I'm sort of glad they cancelled really, as it wouldn't be the same if he was on crutches or sitting on a stool. The energy he brings to the performance makes the show, so it will be great once he has fully recovered. Shame they've had to cancel Glasto as well.

I've not seen them before but these were my thoughts too, would rather not see them than he be on stage in crutches/sitting.

I had hotels, 1st class rail and 2 spare tickets so at this point its been a cancel fest and expensive.

Yeah was meant to be going as a birthday treat, have seen them twice before but still gutted as the support line up was pretty awesome. Guess it will turn into sight seeing trip as I've got train tickets and hotels booked..

Had tickets for Saturday and a hotel booked in wembley. Gutted they're not playing.

But as already mentioned it wouldn't of been the same with Dave Grohl running around.

More info being released Friday on the Wembley website. Think its a full cancellation for now.

They have cancelled glasto headlining, there are going to be a lot of sad peoples

Was at the Manchester gig which was superb. Shame but understandable, but on the plus side I would imagine they'll be back for a whole host of gigs once he's recovered - to make it up to the UK. DG cancelling any gigs means it's a bad break, and the before/after x-rays show that.

I had two tickets for tonight as a special 40th Birthday present for me and 32nd birthday gift for my Brother, we are both gutted!

I won't hold it against them though, after all Dave was just trying to learn to fly!
