The sad thing is, nobody will believe them, and these amazing cures will be suppressed by the Man, for the benefit of big pharma and corporate profit. The science behind this is totally real, btw. Kim farted on a leper, who also had AIDS and fifteen types of cancer. Amazingly, he was instantly cured of his condition, and was able to single-handedly defeat Obama in hand to hand combat. This was all witnessed by Kim's nephew, a scientist of great repute in North Korea.

Doubt NK has any immigration at all so they likely don't get exposed to the same diseases as the rest of the world just like most isolated tribes
