PC crash with buzzing sound

Couple of gueses but worth a try.

1) Do you run Razer Synapse for headphones mouse etc? If so try killing it
2) Try disabling the NVStream service in mmc

Good luck!

start -> programs -> control panel -> administrative tools -> services

or i think you can use

start -> run -> cmd -> msconfig then services tab. I think it's called NVStream.

I have had a similar problem with NV cards and that sorted it.

just tried loading xmp profile again and it blue screened and made the buzzing sound whilst it was loading windows so pretty much instantly after i saved and exit bios

set the pwm phase control to extreme performance
and the vcore voltage response to fast
manually set the cpu/pci clock to 100

all those will help with stability whether clocked or not

can also download whocrashed and run analyse to see what caused the crash,124 bsod error ect

for ram you might also need one or two clicks more cpu/vtt over the stock 1.05v

crashing with buzzing like that is either ram or cpu voltage related

ok ill try that if i crash again,Was thinking possible sound/graphics conflict so uninstalled via audio and waiting to see if i crash again atm.
i did change voltage from 1.5 to 1.54 for ram i believe a while back but that did nothing.
Will have a look at whocrashed though

Changed the voltages and whocrashed doesnt tell me anything when i crashed but since changing the voltage, its hasnt crashed yet ill give it 2 weeks before i determine that has fixed it :)

Ram was in right slots (can tell by the colour of the slot) but maybe cos i was testing at the time to see if it was a faulty ram slot aswell so was moving them around
thanks though for seeing that
now i have all 4 ram slots being used

how much vtt are you using?

you have 16gb of ram? might need anything from 1.05v to 1.15v imo could try 1.08v then 1.10v

shouldnt matter because it was crashing with 8gb ram and theres no increase in crashing since ive had 16gb ram

not sure which vtt you are asking for tbh so heres a couple XD
profile vtt voltage 1.05
cpu vtt 1.06
