Are you still in contact with any of your old teachers

Teachers, no. But my old school matron / nurse has been my neighbour for the past five years and was a guest at my wedding last weekend.
 
I exchange Christmas cards with my old housemaster and see him perhaps every 10 years for a catch up. He is a good man and put up with a lot from my friends and I.

Heh… Sounds like the 90s. I only remember a hot Geography and French teacher but still. Socialising with teachers never happened. Unless you wanted to live with teachers pet for a long time through the years of school.

So bizarre reading todays stories of teachers and this thread. As if everyone is school chums. It would never have happened in the 90s.
 
Got a few of them added on facebook, and I keep in touch with another by email. She actually lives not too far from me now, so I periodically bump into her when out and about! Last time she saw me in person I was hammered, swaying down the street at about 9:30 at night with a kebab I was taking home haha.

Bullseye, early 90's.

But still, when you see in the DM about a female teacher sleep with a male pupil you'd expect her to be fit right? But usually they're a complete wrack!!!

Nope. All my teachers told me i'd never amount to nothing. I dont keep in contact with the people that lived above the buildings i was hustling in front and called the police on me either when i was just trying to make some money to feed my daughter.
