where's the Fury X thread gone guys just got in from work wanna catch up

No that's the original name, so Nano and Dual Fiji can be added later. Plenty of speculation to be had on those cards yet :D

If the thread survives the NDA that is..

I have to say I honestly thought there was a Fury X thread. Late night, early start, pfft. Just me being crazy then.

Yeah you are right. The first thread I put up was called Fury X speculation or something. It reached over 11000 posts of speculation lol.

Deleted that one when we got official info and created the new one that has currently vanished :D

I saw they posted the fury x benechmark on the new batman with new drivers showing it running in 4k at a constant 60 fps.

In an effort to stop 980 ti sales plummeting, the thread got pulled :)

I suspect they were pulled due to NDA.:)

This seems the most likely option. Fury X threatened 980ti sales, so it got deleted.

I assume OCUK bought thousands too many of 980ti and will loose loads of money on the stock when they get pricecut.

Not how it works, bigger retailers (and non bigger than OcUK in the UK for gfx!) usually get support from the manufacturers/gfx company if their's a pricecut :)

(and let's face it, 980Ti has more ram and will perform similarly to the X so I don't think it'll happen!)

Eitherway, 980ti's sales will take a nosedive when FuryX destroys it :)

Yup, even though Gibbo has already stated that the G1 will probably be the fastest 'out of the box' card this year (and he's only been playing with both for the last few days but wtf does he know) :)

But hey, we'll all find out around 1pm tomorrow :D

The HOF and strix have been listed in another thread by Gibbo today, so I suspect it wont be long until we see the G1 surpassed. That's even before the heavyweights like the classified and lighting appear. All very pricey cards though.

Wonder were amd will drop the ball with the fury x release? Also any news on the custom boards? Doesn't leave much to improve/change with the aio, are there going to be any lightnings, g1's etc etc?
