Yes, but this is the Sun... They have either made it up or spun a no story into this, going by their past record. Unless people have already been arrested and convicted I'm going to take it with a pinch of salt.

It sounds more like someone tried to persuade the Sun journalist to make and plant a bomb.

Considering previous newspaper sting operations that probably means the journalist egged on some random to suggest doing it in the first place.
