Gigabyte Z97 AIO pump, which header?

pump will be using 3 pin connector.

Could connect straight to a 12v but would mean running full pelt all the time.

I know from my current board Giga is not the best for fan speed control.

Attach it to the CPU fan header.

Normal - Allows the fan to run at different speeds according to the CPU temperature. You can adjust the fan speed with SIV based on your system requirements.
Manual - 0.75 PWM value /oC -> 2.50 PWM value /oC
Full Speed - full speed

Full speed for the pump and usually many AIO coolers the fans plug into the pump and it (via software) controls the fans.
