typical sony release cycle? - z4 compact...

Just wondering if anyone knew roughly the sony release cycle for new phones?
My contract is just about up and the only new handset I'd be interested in is something with a small screen - so hopefully the Z4 compact is around the corner and there doesn't seem to be anything else comparable...

If this is true then I suspect the phone to be announced around October time.

The Sony release cycle for the Z1, Z2, Z3, Z3+ was originally every six months but it is now yearly.

yeah do stick the beautiful 810 which over-heats and crashes the phone mediatek has some great chips and that chip is epic for what it is.

Pretty sure thats not the Z4 Compact, well not a worldwide variant...looks like a device specially made for Asia markets.

Anyway look out for the Z5 said to coming this fall.
Supposed new design and features, said to be more of an upgrade.
Rumours say there will be a 3 models - Normal, Compact and Ultra.
