So, some questions about insuring two cars, because it seems a bit ambiguous.
First of all, I never realised NCB applied to cars, not the driver. Turns out you can only apply NCB to one car at a time? So, I'm buying a new car and intend to keep the old one for nostalgia's sake. Can I transfer the 6 years NCB to the new car?
Secondly, if I only get fully comprehensive cover on the new car, will I have third party cover on the old one by default? With the "drive other cars" rule? Or does that only apply to cars you don't own? I ask because my old car is worthless and I don't need fully comp on that one.
