the s6 doesn't have a good enough battery, the software isnt a drastic improvement, no removable battery and i NEED an sdcard slot for media

the note 5 is shaping up to be just a bigger s6

the htc m9 is an ugly tin can box, typical htc build quality ie no quality control, sense is dull, the camera is awful, the battery is awful and the useless thing overheats

should i wait until april 2016 for the next flagships. i wanted to get a note 5 but it'sd looking doubtful

has sony got any top end devices coming soon. hugely unimpressed with the z2,z3 though

is it time to go to lg (even though they're not that great) or one of those chinese budget phones with top specs??????

i hate stock android so if the note 5 is a disaster i can't see myself updating from the s5 anytime soon :(

out of curiosity, why?

glass box syndrome. pretentious design features taken straight from the iphone 4. glass backs and metal finishes do nothing for me to cover up what was a average phone.

most of all, like the iphone ive NEVER been a sony device not crack, splinter, shatter or dent. NO EXAGGERATION. I'VE NEVER SEEN A SONY DEVICE OUTSIDE A SHOP NOT LOOKING ****ED. I LIKE TO NOT WORRY ABOUT MY PHONE hence the s5 is spot on (just want a change this xmas or next year)

software. ugly, too much like stock android. if i wanted stock android i'd pay less, not be overcharged. not particulary usefull features (in fact htc, lg, sony all have zippy software as like stock android it simply lacks any features that anyone uses. i like samsungs swipe to capture. geniune useful editions. the bloatware is also horrific. again samsung has too much bloatware but at least 1 app they do is useful. sony and htc have none)

camera, much to do about nothing.

i like the waterproof feature....thats it.

sony have a habit of releasing non event phones. they're not terrible, they're not good, they a devoid of anything to make me purchase it

Z3 battery life is very impressive, the software is miles better than touchwiz bloat nonsense which slows down the Samsungs. And the phone is only as good as you take care of it.

You should stick with your phone.

lg g4, still have a g3 I use now and then which I really like.

Might get the G4 myself to have a play although I will need to replace my Galaxy Gear S then.

 quite

Keep the S5? Still an awesome phone and will be good for a couple more years still.

once i've taken off the bloatware, it's doesn't have any of this "famous" samsung lag you hear from sony, htc,lg or stock android fanboys

with the s6 being the way it is i've come to appreciate just how good the s5 actually is.

if samsung added the streamlined touchwiz of the s6 to the s5 it's still one hell of a good phone.

i'm really disapointed in what sony, htc, oppo and samsung have offered post s5.

one plus two?

stock android (or stock like android)

is awful. it's fast but ugly, useless and has no features i use. i go for samsung because touchwiz does.

i've considered one plus one but it's rubbish. the hype was so big the phone was a huge non event.

i'd be interested to see what they come up with next

Easily the best battery life of any "normal" sized phone. The LG has some of the worst.

The camera is above average and has a physical camera button which personally I would find a good ergonomic advantage.

The software is nothing to write home about, but what exactly do you need from Touchwiz that you can't get by installing other apps to get?

Sound quality is excellent and it has front firing speakers (rather than ridiculous backwards facing ones that fire the sound at your feet).

Plus it has an SD card slot and it's waterproof. It's hardly an average phone.

Stuff like swipe to take a screens hot is ingenius. Touchwiz has so much bulk. I don't want to look through the app store for various apps that I use that Samsung provide. Snote for example. I love it.why do I want to download an alternative . The calender on Samsung is amazing especially with its widget choices. I prefer it all on touchwiz to budget replacement apps on Google store. Touchwiz just has a memory management problem but once you get rid of some of the useless stuff it's great plus it's not dog ugly

The problem with androud is mainly it's users.they expect everyone to like the dull underdog, hate apple and hate Samsung.

It's like a cult of retarded nazis
