You guys are making things worse lol, I was hoping there wow be the one card, the special one, the one that rules them all ( within my budget of course )

Had a quick Google and couldn't find that 290 vapour x at that price or I would have snapped it up instantly. Thanks for the other suggestions. I will have a look through them and get back to you.

ok so I just had a look at the Zotac 970 that's mentioned in another thread that comes with a 5 year warranty that looks good.

Does anyone know how long MSI give on their cards? if its 3 years it will still be under warranty.

Pretty sure its 3 years.

I eventually found it at about 11.30 last night and emailed them to see if I could pick it up today. For some reason, they won't allow counter collect on the daily deals.

It's a **** company, low stock, a click bait website, charge for credit card payment over the counter, don't allow local pickup and they have Jack Frag systems.
 
Damn. I was hoping I could have picked it up this morning...ah well...the search continues

A few weeks ago there seemed to be loads of sweet deals for the 290x and 970. Now there seems to be hardly any.
 
I like the idea of a 5 year warranty but there's reports about it being noisy.

I have also noticed an MSI twin frozr card at a competitors site but it's slightly more money at 263.99 for this weekend.

I tried to get that £215 290x vapour but they have put the price back up, haven't responded to my email and don't answer their phones at weekend:(

Soooo....I have about 30 mins to make a decision and head off
