What is the RMA process for these cards? Is it a case of shipping it to Hong Kong if it dies? This is the only thing holding me back from purchasing one as otherwise it looks great.

So were my Palit to break down after lets say a year, my recourse would be to contact OC in the first instance, but their only obligation is to advise me to send it back to Hong Kong? Its disappointing not least as the Palit comes with only a 2 year warranty, before the process is taking into account.
I looked at the Zotac which comes with 5 years upon registration, but would seem to be valid only for the original purchaser, which makes it a much less attractive deal were you to intend on selling it on.
Perhaps I am concerned over nothing but given the price of the Palit card it offers little in the way of peace of mind IMO.

Alternatively, you could consider purchasing from a retailer that issues replacement straight from the store-shelf. I can't see myself waiting for 4 weeks or whatever for my graphics card to make the tour around the world so it pays to shop wisely.![]()

I was on a live chat with some OCUK sales rep who said the only warranty they deal with directly is the OCUK own brand 980ti.

This is incorrect, you have the option of dealing with ourselves or the manufacturer, your choice.![]()
