KeySmart

Right, so we're 'haters' (rolleyes for even using that term) for asking genuine questions about a gimmick?

It was tongue in cheek :p.

It's arrived and I'm happy regardless! It's not expensive by any means and it does feel nice and solid. Doesn't make a racket when I'm driving, doesn't poke into my thighs when I'm cycling, keys don't get stuck in the main ring like before and it's actually easier to find the right key (especially when they're the same colour/cut like the gold ones) as they're always in the same place. Ace Venture couldn't hide his pets with it.

A first world product and a solution for a problem that never existed, sure, but half the stuff I buy fits that bill :p.

Definitely not for me. Looks cool and compact but with that it loses practicality.

It's like that silly 2 pieces of aluminium wallet all over again.

It's not fiddly like a Swiss army knife; you don't pull the keys out with your fingers from the middle but rotate the round end with your thumb and they spin out.

That's what I have but I keep it on the end of a thick piece of cord so I can swing it and hit people in the Friday night rush for the taxi cabs on Broad St.

It's a cycling multi-tool where the keys/ allen keys/ screwdriver heads have been swapped for keys... I know which one I'd rather have in my pocket while cycling. ;)

As much as it does look interesting.... you could make the same very easily with minimal effort. Aluminum and a home anodizing set cobbled up (power+battery acid+dye = pretty)

Haters gonna hate! My keyring is a royal pain, I have loads of keys what with 3 just to get into the office and they're always getting stuck in the keyring. The 'right' key would always be in the same place, unlike a keyring, so unsure how it would be difficult to find?

And it takes up to 50 keys Caged.

You can colour code important keys. This thing while engineered decently enough is worse practically than a keyring imo.

You could make a lot of things pretty easily if you had all the equipment. what a ridiculous statement

I look at my work keyring and think this could actually be useful.

Then I realise I'm not spending anything on sorting my work keys, I suppose if work would spring for one for me I'd use it.

4 keys? What

Holds 4 keys?

What do I do with my other 9 keys? And more importantly my bottle opener!
