Hi, just wondering if H1Z1 would run on HD 4600 graphics (i5 4960k) , i also have 8GB ram and Samsung 850 EVO SSD if they make any difference. I don't mind playing it on low or whatever i just want to know if it will run at 30 fps + , thanks in advanced, Drejko :P

You just might be able to run it. I think for minimum to run it you still need at least a GTX 275. If you're worried about it not working after your purchase you can always ask Steam for a refund.

eh getting a key on G2A though :(

I think your best option right now is to just buy it from Steam, and request a refund regardless of the outcome. Your first refund request is usually honored by them since they have a new return policy. This is stated on their website:

You can request a refund for nearly any purchase on Steam—for any reason. Maybe your PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought a game by mistake; maybe you played the title for an hour and just didn't like it.

It doesn't matter. Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within fourteen days of purchase, and the title has been played for less than two hours. There are more details below, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look.

right i'll probably do that, any chance there might be problems though due to h1z1 being early access?

Nope. If you are uncertain, please visit the website I linked in the previous. all your questions should be answered there regarding Steam return policy.

You wouldn't happen to give me any comparison from H1Z1 to the Arma 2 DayZ mod, as i can run that on normal at around 40fps, and i know that's not exactly greatly optimised

Well Arma 2 is a lot less demanding (it was released about 3 and half years ago). Keep in mind that H1Z1 is a base-building survival game (that's still in Alpha) so when you play on highly populated servers, your fps will drop dramatically when you enter areas with high amounts of bases.

I cannot say what the difference in performance is between the two but perhaps a look at their minimum requirements may help you figure it out:

ARMA 2 MINIMUM Requirements:
OS: Windows XP or Windows Vista
Processor: Intel Core 2.4 GHz or AMD Dual-Core Athlon 2.5 GHz
Memory: 1GB
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce 8600GT or ATI Radeon 3650 or faster with Shader Model 3 and 512 MB VRAM

H1Z1 MINIMUM Requirements:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Processor: Intel i3 Dual-Core with Hyper-Threading (required)
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: nVidia GeForce GTX 275 series or higher
