Isn't there supposed to be an update for flash released on Windows update?

I updated my Firefox yesterday but nothing from Microsoft.

I don't remember Flash ever being on Windows Update. It should either update itself out you can get it directly from Adobe.

For windows 8 and 8.1 flash for Internet Explorer has always been on Windows Update.

Yeah here may be Flash Player update on Windows Update in next few days when Microsoft approved it.

But unfortunately for Firefox users if they automatically update browser to latest version everyday will find message on screen informed them Modzilla blocked all Flash versions Modzilla not approved until Adobe fix critical security issues.
