Impossible to answer, Many titles with the right settings yes, Many titles with maxed settings no. I'm sure you'll be able to get 99% of titles there as long as you're happy to adjust settings to do it.
It's a bit of an odd question coming from you, you seem to know enough to answer it yourself.
Since its between 4 K and 1440p, its a straight no in future games if we take witcher 3 into account.
Takes two 980 Tis to max out Witcher 3 at 3440x1440.
I do I wanted convincing not to click the buy button on the dell![]()
LoL
I just came here to create a post with the same question.
I think I've only got Witcher 3 on my current radar which will be an issue. Alien Isolation, ESO will be fine and I have a feeling Fallout 4 will be OK..
What you going to do ?

I think the grunt required to run games is pushing me towards the U2715
Has anyone who owns the U3415 had much joy dropping the resolution on game. i.e it doesnt lose much image quility?

EDIT : I think you can use the Dell display manger to run 1440p 16.9 ratio to run games in the middle of the U3415 with black bars down each side...might be an option on games that struggle ?
Yeah, Ive had just read a review which says it can run at 21:9 2580x1080 and doesnt lose too much quality at all...
I still think im going to go for the 27" for £350 and use the money towards the 980Ti.
Haven't you got a 27" now ?
No, a 24". 27" ordered.
