4790K Multi Stuck at 99.769

For some reason my 4790K is not getting the full 100 multiplier as it's stuck at 99.769 resulting in a clock of 4.589.

I've checked the bios and it's set to 100, I haven't touched any other settings.

Anyone seen this before ?

99.98 here. I thought it was normal for it never to show 100.

Clock is 4.59893

Found out what it was, Spread Spectrum, Disabled it and now the clock is at 4.60 on the dot, Major blonde moment

Mine is at 101.25 right now, sometimes less than 100 sometimes more. I just assumed it varied a little during use?

As above try disabling spread spectrum, or fixing the speed at 100.

Any Spread Spectrum options in the bios should always be disabled when over clocking.
