yes it has binned cores, though they don't tell you what the binning criteria is
and yes compared with a reference card it will have an increased TDP, but again I can't find anywhere that says what that is - it also has dual bios so if you have a go at modding it and mess up you can switch over to the 2nd bios and flash the first one back to normal

Doesn't matter its simply refreshing to see something else from the red/black combinations out there. Would love to see a rve in that scheme, imo off course.

Huh?? I'd say it's allowed and as long as it's put back to stock should the need arise to RMA
