I can't work out what brand it is and whether it's a designer brand or not, i think it is but not 100%. It's starting to bug me.

Yep allsaints, and while it's expensive Its not rubbish quality at all. Well speaking for the polo tops only, which I have a few off are excellent quality, only buy them in there sales though.

The quality of their knitwear is atrocious. You only need to look at an item and it will gain an extra hole. Although it is nice feeling like superman.
