HTPC Lip Sync @ 1080p 23.xxxfps

I finally remembered to fix my kodi bitstream issues yesterday, going from a R6450 to a denon avr-1910.

All standard def and 720p plays without issue but I can't for the life of me get auto lip sync'd with full 1080p content?

Any ideas?

I've been reading about the refresh rates and that and am now unsure as to whether I should have my output set to 1080p@24 in catalyst control centre? What settings do you use?

I've never been able to get XBMC to play right with 24p lip sync. Not tried since it's been Kodi though.

Settings wise you should be able to tell Kodi to change your resolution accordingly, eg it will switch between 1080p60, 1080p24 etc. Your desktop resolution should be set to your monitor/TVs native, usually 1080p60.

I just use Plex now... far better and actually works!

I may be wrong however isn't there something called re-clock that helps with this?
