had my bike stolen

Yeah, compare mild steel to hardened steel when using an angle grinder, it takes considerably longer. By comparison cutting mild steel is like cheese.

yep, i remember when doing drilling through the thick aluminium reinforcing plate, like butter, hit the titanium casting behind...oh i seem to be trying to push a pencil through granite.

Thing is unless you've worked with these metals it mostly feels the same, metal is strong regardless of which one it is. Its only when you get into trying to manipulate it that you realise its all completely different.

What's wrong with assaulting a thief? How else you expect them to learn that its wrong to steal

Coppers will slap his little wrists and that's it

Because the stupid law of the land says if you persue and beat up the thief you can go to prison or be charged. That's why you don't shoot people in the back.

Side note I have a bicycle for sale, slightly used, the tires are kinda flat, think some bloke who was "all pumped up" rode it.

Need to shift it fast so I can get some dental work done :)

I'm always floored when I've finished at the gym. The last thing I could do is run after someone and fight them.
