I've just rummaged around in my drawers (fnaar) and turns out I'm a serial horder

Nice collection.

Regarding wire/ coils. Some of them look brilliant but I do not have the patience or probably the ability. Do they really offer a better vaping experience over a box standard kanthal micro coil?

In my experience the following coil types give a much better vape from a flavour perspective;

- Claptons and clapton variants
- Twisted variants

The following, for me, give better vapour production;

- standard kanthal coils with low wraps, fat wire
- parallel wraps

However, the entire thing is subjective to the devices being used and at what ohm's they are, with the power being pumped through them. Obviously juice makes a difference too.

Try 15% & 20% in 5ml samples, you might be content with a 15% mix meaning you'll be getting better value for your mixes

I have read on fb groups people mixing red astaire at 10% and being happy, whilst others only satisfy their taste buds with 20%

Any one had a mix not.. Mix? Just started work on my element pink lemonade clone and the blasted thing just won't mix. I shake it violantly, it mixes then separates, I hot water bath it to thin it through and it still does the same.

Built my goblin mini

2x 10x 28 awg @ 2.5mm = 1 ohm

Quite an impressive little atty
looks wise, I'm a sucker for bellcaps, this is very similar in looks. There's far too much writing on it, max/min on the afc doesn't need to be there or could be replaced by symbols. The chamber has UD and goblin mini on it.. it should have one, the other or either and the should be placed underneath where it's currently blank.

Build wise, the deck is small.. very small for a four post system and it will have it's limits to how thick the wire can be be with the holes, so your really limited to higher ohms, as your need so many wraps to get to the lower subs it won't fit on the deck. The screws are tiny, making them wire snappers.

use wise, the afc is good! very good. Adjustable for both MTL and DTL vaping.. and can be adjusted on the istick 50w without a tool (I have some nails) as it sits just on the curve of the mod but my be harder on bigger mods.

It wicks like a champ, and can be chain vaped, I've used the pancake method but with loads of cotton. I've been vaping it at 17w mtl and 25w dtl without issues on the same coil setup and just adjusting the afc.

the 510 adapter looks silly on it and the glass drip tip build up water condensation like nothing else I have.

My main worry of it flooding and leaking over the mod, doesn't seem to be an issue with this build.. it did leak when I first put it on, but I did fill it and screw it on the mod without closing the afc... after that it just been water condensation again.

Flavor is good and clouds a big-ish and thick. Well impressed so far with a 30 pound atty. a thumbs up..

It's been reported that dangerous chemicals are produced when you vape above certain temperatures.. also your wick will burn above certain temperatures.

it's meant to be safer and healthier to vape with temperature control, specially if your a noob and not experienced in stopping/preventing bad vapes like 'dry hits'. by reducing or cutting off the power if and when it gets too hot.

It only works with certain wire material such as pure nickel (ni200) and titanium (ti).

It will produce a cooler vape and often weaker vape, which some people like, and some people can't stand.

So i had 1 recommendation for a no leak tank the K1 from Aspire. Any others that are reasonably priced so they dont break the bank along with atomizers being cheap too. Needs to work with my evod 2 battery ok and not leak or gurgle and not become blocked by somit that makes sucking for the vape a struggle. Should be like breathing air in not sucking on a straw with a mac d milkshake lol. My evod 2 tanks were nice for the first filling but they "suck" now lol ive cleaned em changed cartridges, nothing seems to make it go back to the first time use. Its a mystery. Really is. Wonder if its the battery with cleaning the connector on it constantly to get the juice off the pin that touches the atomizer and ive messed up the thing?

What it maybe is that your lung capacity is getting better so your sucking to hard and it's causing the flooding... Also batteries like ego batteries do not have any sort of regulation and will weaken over time, so it could be the batteries themselves not supplying enough power to vape the juice.

Getting a tank with airflow from the side rather the bottom will help, but do you self a flavour get spend a little more and get an istick 30w and aspire mini nautilus as that will grow with you as you get more and more into the vape scene, and you won't have to spend more cash 4/5 weeks down the line.

Couldn't get better advice TBH, look at what you have spent, what your going to spend on this new piece and that would have probably got you this the first time around.

I always stick mine in the microwave for about 6-7 seconds, then give a good shake. I've never had a mix separate before, though you may just be really unlucky with this one for some reason.

what are people using to get flavour concentrates out of dropper bottles, the syringes I got from FlavourArt are to wide to get to the bottom of my bottles so I ended up pokong the end in the dropper and tipping it up to get the concentrate out which as you can imagine was a little messy
