Zalman 9900 Max Cooler - Any Good Still ?

Just had a rummage through my shed this morning and found the above cooler.

Is it stlll good enough to cool modern CPU , i.e the 84W TDP Haswells ?
If not im chucking it out , found other bits and pieces in the shed as well.

It'll be fine, maybe slightly higher temps but there won't be any major problems. Just keep it in performance mode if you're worried.

Better than the Corsair H50 i can use as well ?

its just a stop gap untill i get a H110i GT or GTX

I reckon the Zalman and the H50 would be very close in performance. If you're already using the H50, then it would be better to continue using that for a little longer and sell the Zalman.

I'm sure someone out there would, it's not a bad looking cooler and still has decent cooling performance.
