Anyone renewed a passport lately?

Quick question, has anyone replaced a lost passport? If so, which address did you have to post your documents to?

I've filled out the forms and the forms say to send the application to Glasgow. However my other half was told to send her passport renewal to Peterborough?

Is it Glasgow because its replacing a lost one, rather than a renewal? I looked around online but couldnt find any definite confirmation of the address anywhere.

I just visited the passport office in person here in Belfast. Mine was ready a few days later.

Yeah will send it there, just struck me as odd because I am in Portsmouth, so its right at the other end of the country so I kind of thought I would have to send it to London or something.

Did my renewal online a month ago, and it went to another office again. Having said that, my new passport came back in a week!

haha no i do close protection work in iraq and the police are corrupt they take your passport off you and escort you to the only place where there is a cash machine and take all your money to get your passport back so if i have two then i can tell them to go have a word with themselves to put it nicely lol

Reminds me that my passport expired earlier in the year. I have no plans to go abroad but you know, it's worth having.
