God, just watched the news on the beeb - one woman watched both her parents and her daughter die... that is gutwrenching!
RIP to those lost and my thoughts to their loved ones.
A co-worker of my girlfriends was there at the time and saw the woman who lost her parents and daughter. She was pretty shook up by it as were the kids she was with.

The FAI has heard evidence that he was reported to the bus company by a passenger for passing out and they then found him in the bus and had to call an ambulance."Mr Clarke, in his previous employment as a bus driver, had blacked out while unwell at a bus stop in 2010"
