I generally hate extended time off work.

Because it usually means i look at my PC and think of what i can change/upgrade just for the sake of it.

Last upgrade was around xmas time for me, looking at my OC purchase history :D

Coming to the end of the 1st week of two weeks off atm and i am already looking at watercooling my gfx card, looking to get a 34" 1440p 21:9 monitor (replacing a 27" 1440p ffs), finally get a new PSU, even been wondering about a new case.

Anyway, was more of a rant to myself than anything but i cant be the only one who does this when you have too much time on their hands :D

I work in IT, I still have a gaming PC and consoles at home but only occasionally use them - the LAST thing I want to be doing when I get home from work or have time off is arse around with computers. I'd rather be in the pub or a different country (in a pub in another country)

I'm the same since I got a job in IT when I go home I just want a laptop/PC that just turns on and works.

I now spend all my money on motorbike bits :o

I'm off for two and a half weeks starting the 7th, I'll be in the country but I imagine total computer time will be less than a couple of hours :p

Camera often makes it worse. Some people take far to many pictures while not experiencing it properly.

I'm not sure how people find it hard to do both. Also, if you take many pictures, at least these memories can be shared with others. Can't do that with your mind.

Would rather be in work that wasting my holiday time at home on my computer or building a pc got weekends or days off for that kind of stuff.
But if building a pc makes you happy then go for it

When I'm holiday I'm thankfully nowhere near a PC. :) I love holidays

I have't upgraded my PC in years as it does the job, and I don't need it to be able to run Crysis...
