After an interview with what I believe is called an account manager, it later transpired that the matter that was discussed between myself and the manager, were accidently given to another individual along with my credit card and current account details. It took me just over a month to realise this via general query to customer services who had told me that my address details had been changed without my permission. 
Unsure as to what action to take barring having already gone in to the bank to make an official complaint.
