Could possibly be in the wrong section , but as its mainly a graphical benchmark... and so on and so forth.

Both benches , were conducted with as minimal services running etc and no UI.
In both benches , CPUs are clocked exactly the same & GPU's left @ Default REF.
The only changes are the updates to the Drivers & 3Dmark.

missing what is actually a decent chunk of physic points .... immature drivers ?

Different HDD's installed, dont know how much of a difference that would make but I would imagine slight ?

Also on the benchmark different drivers were used.

Anyhow, W10 are heavy on the hard drive. You need a pretty damn good SSD or else they are slower than W8.1
And of course depends if Cortana is running, etc.

Could you link to an article or something that supports your claim. Not saying your lying i would just like to know more about it if it is the case.

If your running a gaming only Rig/build the last thing you want running in the back ground is Cortana or any of the other rubbish Microsofty have jammed into Windows 10.

Mine went up 2% on Fire Strike on stock clocks

However that is on new drivers so well within optimisation variance.

GTA V runs as well as it did Though. So I will take that as no performance loss.

I have found that the Shadow Play overhead seems to have been reduced though....

It's a different drive for dual boot purposes did forget so my bad :) I assume it would affect load times but not actuall performance as its dumped in the memory once loaded ? Hopefully someone will be able to say definitely . , all services disabled or suspended including cortana . i stated drivers are different etc but will investigate more today when I have time , it was just such a big difference I though it was worth a post
