Proper volume profiles with rocker step-down as well as clickable icons in the volume toast, proper use of silent mode and the accompanying exceptions feature which supercedes priority mode on stock.
Screen recording baked in is seamless and the remote mounting of network shares and pc folders is excellent as it shows up as a drive on any file manager that can be used as storage space for whatever or streaming media.
A few other things too.
The only visual difference to stock is really the settings screen where there are icons that are coloured different.
As for bloat? There's literally no bloat. Whilst Small Apps in the task switcher cannot be removed, they are not bloat and I find them very useful. A popup browser window, calculator, currency converter, tip calculator, discount calculator among a few others I use and appreciate being there when needed. Going by reddit, seems many others do as well.
It sounds like I'm giving high praise to Sony all over and indeed, I am, but with good reason.
