I'm working on a red/white themed build and I want to cover that ridicolous Hall of Fame (what kind of font is that 
) with two parallel stickers, creating something similar to this.
I want to cover that front section of the card with the stickers, letting a few mm in between to let some light glow through.
I found several websites that let you create stickers, but I want something of this material (as in something soft to the touch like a SATA cable, but glossy):
