It's actually lukoil.
There are quite a few other contractors under lukoil take for example this month I have been on a Chinese camp looking after engineers and inspectors for a company called Chinese petroleum pipeline.
Your probably right about the directors we call them VIP's though.
I'm technically a subcontractor too I go where I'm told by lukoil as the oil field is owned by a Russian billionaire called vagit alekperov

I genuinely was asking how you had met them, it did seem odd to me though so yes I probably was in that moment of heat but I also did want to know and as for the other comment I didn't understand the question or statement not sure what he was trying to say.
I usually do 8 weeks Iraq and 4 weeks at home or 9 weeks Iraq and 3 weeks at home, yes I know strange rotations.
There is guys that have been doing this job for maybe 20 years but this is my 4th year here

I only earn for the time I spend in the country I wish it was salary paid

I'm in the uk less than 90 days per year that's why it's tax free I can also take time off if I give notice in which case I usually go on holiday to avoid the tax man

Seems a bit harsh, I only have to spend 183 days a year outside the UK to get my tax exemption.

Yes it's harsh and pretty hard being away from the family, I think I've only got another 2 or 3 years left in me then maybe look for a new career

No I didn't work for her for that long to be honest, working for celebrates is like playing chess with the fans and paparazzi in fact looking after her was more like looking after a 5 year old she was always trying to run away from the team and go to night clubs

I know what your job is no need to explain it to me I've worked with and along side such people before although most in that the line you are describing there tended to come from the met rather than military.

No I've never met her ... although I wouldn't say no to an intimate meeting if she ate a few burgers in the preceding weeks.

Maybe it was? These people came from Saudi Arabia which is in the Middle East, Jericho (the city) was in the Middle East and in biblical times there were lions in the Middle East. When you put it like that then it just demonstrates that that many coincidences can't be coincidences. I think we've found our guilty party.

you were calling them CEOs before which probably raised the other poster's eyebrows...

FYI there is usually just one CEO of a company (though some companies in the finance sector have CEOs of different divisions etc..) and generally you'll not have the CEO based out in Afghanistan - it does sound like you were referring to a project director or something along those lines

What I can't understand is that people assume the whole Bin Laden family is psycho because there was one nut job. Lets be honest about it, if someone is a murderer does that mean their whole family is? They did publicly disown him...

But oh yeah, mozlamic infidels with their ray guns.
