He didn't actually say he was a bodyguard.
Either way, 10K / 26 working days a month? (I assume it's 6 days a week?)
= £370 per day.
I have no idea whether that's the going rate or not BUT considering most of the contractors I know are on £500+ a day....that looks reasonable to me.
Back to the actual post, let's see what the cause was. I'm a frequent reader of pprune, people talking about fail to go-around and possible medical / unknown issue.
Because he isn't in the UK enough days per year to have to pay tax.
To pay tax in the UK. Tax may still be required depending on how long you're in another country.
